Hello Beautiful You!

Hi. I am Michelle, and  my adventure to own my soul-care has not been easy. After I married and became pregnant a year into my marriage, everything changed.    I completely lost myself, I could not even remember what I liked to wear, true story. I just went deeper and deeper into marriage and motherhood, which led to depression, and some dark years, it was rough. After an eye opening experience, I began my Soul-Care journey and  I decided I wanted to live alive! Lots of inner work later, I created Life-Giving JOY! A Community and Coaching Program for women who also want to live alive. Women who live full busy lives and want to see themselves again. I am passionate about helping women own who they are, and honor what they know they want. It is my JOY and pleasure!
